Dr. Follick is a Professor at the School of Public Health at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University and is a nationally recognized expert in the field of health behavior and healthcare quality research. Dr. Follick provides strategic direction for product development and sales for Abacus.

Founder & Sr Scientist

Dr. Ahern is a nationally acclaimed behavioral research scientist and informatics expert. He is an Assistant Professor of Psychology (Psychiatry) at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Ahern ensures that Abacus’ products and services incorporate the latest evidence-based approaches to patient engagement and promotion of healthy behaviors

Founder & Sr Vice President

Dr. Aberger is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the School of Public Health at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University. Dr. Aberger is an executive vice president for Abacus, managing much of the daily operations, as well as product design and development.

A. E. Gus Adams, PH.D.

Founder & VP Pharmacy Services

Dr. Adams has extensive experience in the application of behavioral principles to rehabilitation and to promote improved health outcomes. He currently manages pharmacy services, including medication therapy management and remote biometric monitoring programs, for Abacus’ affiliated pharmacy, Prescription Pharmacy Services. Dr. Adams has a Ph.D. in psychology from Southern Illinois University – Carbondale. He underwent post-doctoral training, and served as a clinical assistant professor, at the Brown University Alpert School of Medicine.

Joe Wroblewski

Joe Wroblewski, M.B.A.

Partner & Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Wroblewski is the Director of Operations, Technical Services and a partner at Abacus. He joined Abacus in 2002 with extensive experience in the delivery of technology and software solutions through on-premise and cloud-based platforms. Mr. Wroblewski received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Stonehill College and his Masters of Business Administration from Bryant University. Additionally, he possesses technology certifications from Microsoft and is well versed in HIPAA and in the security concepts necessary in personal healthcare data confidentiality.

Linda Loiselle, M.B.A.

Partner & VP of Operations/Client Services

Ms. Loiselle is the Vice President of Operations, Client Services and a partner at Abacus. She joined Abacus in 1999, and has been involved in a variety of consulting activities including behaviorally based strategic plan design, health plan data analysis, RFP preparation and evaluation, and customer advocacy. Ms. Loiselle holds a Masters in Business Administration, is a licensed life, accident, and health insurance broker, and has extensive experience in member communications and pharmacy and benefit plan design.

Mr. Follick is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and a partner at Abacus. He joined the company in 2004, and has helped shape the company direction and develop new channels of distribution. Mr. Follick has his Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Vermont.

Mr. Doak is the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Abacus. He joined the company in 2018 to help shape the channel distribution strategy for the company. Prior to joining Abacus Mr. Doak co-founded an employee wellness startup. He has his Bachelors degree in Marketing and Accounting from the University of Rhode Island.
