Abacus Health’s Good Health Gateway Diabetes Care Rewards Program has been recognized by the Validation Institute’s Health Value in the Peer Reviewed Diabetes category.
The recognition reinforces Abacus’ position as a market leader in the disease management and patient engagement space. Boasting more than 40% engagement, over 20% decrease in members with an HbA1c of 9, a reduction of 40% in hospitalization per 1000, leads to significant medical trend shift for the entire diabetes population.
