Abacus Health Solutions is proud to announce its Diabetes Care Rewards Program has earned Validation from the Validation Institute, a trusted independent source to certify marketing and results claims.
The program earned Level 1 – savings validation. A Level 1 savings validation states the program can produce a reduction of health care spending including the cost of the provider. The product/solution has produced, and replicated a lower cost for health care overall or a specific component of health care.
Abacus validated claims included the programs ability to positively impact clinical measures like HbA1c; improve compliance with evidence based care; reduce hospitalization and days stay and reduce overall costs for diabetic members.
To date, Abacus program is one of two diabetes management program to earn the highest level of certification (Level 1) from the Validation Institute
